  1. Utilize predictive hydrologic models (APEX) to evaluate Fort Hood field data for BMP impact, verification, and program accountability.
  2. Optimize tool applications calibrated to Fort Hood management scenarios.
  3. Utilize decision support tools to further develop predictability of training impacts and simulate predicted impacts of restoration.
